Natural Recipes To Soothe Hay Fever
Survival Life has a post on natural ways to soothe hay fever that includes some tonic recipes. As my son suffers from hay fever, I’m quite keen to try them out. I’ll let you know how it goes.
One thing I have noticed personally, is using honey has helped me with colds. In fact, I added honey to my diet two years ago and haven’t had a cold since! Knock on wood.
I’ve also added all the other ingredients on their list a few years ago when I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I hate taking medication and I want to get off them and onto natural remedies. I’ve seen a lot of improvement but the doctor isn’t ready to sign off on going completely natural – yet.
You should be using all these ingredients already and they should be part of every preppers stock – honey last forever and turmeric and apple cider vinegar are wonder drugs. You can Google apple cider vinegar for its incredible range of uses and here’s my earlier post on the benefits of Turmeric.
